I know that we have to change our workout routine after about 8 weeks and start another one to continue shocking the body and to get results, so if you do workout 1 for 8 weeks and change to workout 2 for 8 weeks, will your body remember what workout 1 was about when you go back to it after workout 2, will it remember it or will the muscles be shocked again?

hey , i am taking the contraceptive pill but i am suffering from a cold, can this affect how the pill works? i am not taking any medication or remideis for the cold but recently i had intercourse with my boyfriend and since a few days ago each time i take deep breaths or breathe out hard the area just abouve my hips relly hurts like a balloon is gonna pop inside or somthing?
its on both sides
why is this? is it from the cold?

Over the past few years I've experienced painful skin. It doesn't hurt unless it is touched. It is usually on my right arm in different spots. Also, it isn't constant. When it occurs it lasts about 1 to 2 days. Then goes away for quite some time. Except that it is happening more often lately. I have hypothyroidism (diagnosed July 2005). And I also have back and neck trouble. I don't know if it is associated with those ailments or if it is something else. I'm hoping that it is a normal ache that many get as they get older. Please let me know your opinions.

No xrays were taken when I fell, but I know now that I cracked or chipped a bone in my leg. The sore over the bone stayed open and supposedly infection got into the bone.
My doc did NOT do a blood test to confirm infection.... My symptoms read as an infection but I am afraid to take the anti biotics with out knowing if she (Doc) chose the RIGHT kind for MY type of infection. Can anyone tell me what type of anti biotic they were put on? AND for how long? If mine do not help with in 7 days I am supposed to get a bone scan... radio active dye? no thank you....
