I asked a little while ago about things I can do to help myself with this depression, and I'm just wondering what proffessional help is available to me. Unfortunately I cannot pay for any treatment, so either has to be NHS or charity.
At the moment, my doctor isn't very helpful (for a number of reasons I cannot change docs) and I feel I need more help than I'm getting. A 5 minute appointment once a fortnight isn't really enough, I am spiralling down and I need more help. I'm on the waiting list to have an assessment with a physcotherapist and they will arange conselling or cbt. Is there any other help I can have? I don't know how long I can carry on like this.

What are the Implications and Complications of drug-tests?
Do you know? Or can you point me to some reliable sources?
It can be drug-testing in general...but my specific topic is the implications/complications of random drug-testing on the tertiary level (in the philippines). Anyway, thanks!

I am 33 years old, male. I dont have much fat on me, so i am not looking to lose much weight. My question is will 3 days in the gym be enough of a workout for me. I will work total body twice a week with an extra day of cardio. And it will probably take me 2 hours to do each body workout, is that too long? or is it ok? thanks

This paion is almost on the top of my foot, sort of round the front of my ankle.

It's not constant but is very frequent. It is certainly not like a muscular pain or an ache.

I think it might be circulatory related but I've never had this sort of pain before and can't really describe it. It starts above my foot and flows down it quite slowly and painfully. Not to the point I can't walk but it is very uncomfortable.

Any Ideas???

At the minute I'm undergoing treatment for cancer. I am usually upbeat about it and get on with things but lately I've been a bit down as it's starting to hit me. I've found that when my friends ask how I'm doing I want to have a good moan at them about it but I keep stopping myself as I don't want to make them think i'm miserable and all i do is complain. I also don't want to worry them. It's a hard one because I want to have a good old moan about it but I don't want them to think of me as miserable :S
