I am about 8 in and I was wondering if this is normal, below or above average? - both Hard & sof averages would be usefull!

6 is normal erection. If your 8 and your bf is 10.5 then you both are above average and I want to meet you both. :)

Considering that a female's vagina is 3 inches deep, it's beyond me why a male wants to be hung like a horse. Sex with a massive phallus can be ONLY painful for a female, hardly pleasurable. Average size for a male is between 5-6 inches long. If anything males should worry more about width, as that is what determines G-spot stimulation, if size is indeed a factor.

The stated average length is about 2 inches longer than fact. Any one needing to measure it is suffering from a very big inferiority complex. Size is no guide to performance and knowledge.

Average erect penis is between 4.5 and 6.5 inches. Your 8-incher is way above average. Out of the many hundreds of girls that I met, only one of them said that they would want an 8-incher. The length of the vagina is much less than 8 inches. A portion of it would not be a able to fit in her.
The only girls that like big ones are the ones that like pain or ones that want to belittle guys.

8 is above average which is 5-6 inches. !0.5 is huge, but you have nothing to feel inferior about with 8. Just enjoy and stop worrying. Good luck.

4-6 inches when soft , 5-7 inches when erect are the UK averages. I think that makes you marginally bigger than average in length but there is also girth to consider as it is a mixture of both factors that make for a good penis size. Also depends on the size of your partners bits!
