I have been in therapy, I have tried zoloft, cymbalta, wellbutrin, paxil (not all at the same time). My mood isn't as bad as it was, but I am not happy, just indifferent. I feel that life is passing me by, how can I beat this thing?

I sort of feel that I go through life as a zombie, I don't experience joy or rage, my mood is just flat all the time. Unless of course I am sad, then I could cry for hours.

I am still in therapy, although I'm unsure that it is helping but currently not on any anti depressants. Am I destined to live the rest of my days like this?

Whenever I'm on a plane I get uncontrollable muscle twitches in my left leg. It's really uncomfortable and means I'm forever fidgeting about in my seat and can't get to sleep. It also happens if i'm really tired.

Usually a quick walk sorts it out but i'd be interested to know what causes it and how the hell I can get it to stop because it's the most annoying thing and it's happened ever since I was a kid - mostly on long coach trips.

Also does anyone else experience this? I've only met one other person who gets this too.

A couple of nights ago I was woken up with sharp pains in my lower abdomen which lasted about 5 minutes. I haven't had anything similar since but I can still 'feel' it if that makes sense, but it doesn't hurt. Please don't say go to the doctors, i'm sure its nothing major and if I am in pain again I will go but I don't want to waste mine and the doctor's time over something which may just be as trivial as period pains or something I ate disagreed with me.
Anyone had anything similar?

Ok...let me be a little more honest....I also have a small collection of porn (including man in man)....if you read my first question, you will see what i am talking about when i say this thing with my dad did happen....so i asked him why he asked about giving blowjobs and he said because he had found my porn and it turned him on too...and thought that we could try it to see if we liked it....i told him i didnt think so....but im having 2nd thoughts...thinking about trying it...whats wrong with me...if I am Bi, thats not bad...but why would i consider it with my dad....is it b/c i know no one would find out ???

I haven't been sexually active for almost two months now (used protection, nothing went wrong), and since then I've had two periods(both in the same month...i'm never regular). But the past few days my nipples have been really sore and I'm not sure why. I took a pregotest this morning and it was negative....so I'm not sure what's going on? PMS? Maybe?
