Do a mixture of cardo work and stretches and change your routine every 6 weeks.

Monday - work on the 20minutes cross trainer and 10minutes on the bike
Tuesday - Work on the 30 minutes on the treadmill, mixture of running and walking
Wed - Day off
Thurs - Do 45 minutes of stretches, mat work and working with small weight
Fri - 15 minutes on the bike and 15 minutes on the owing machine
Sat and sunday rest days

However you should go to your gym and get them to plan a programme for you

1 day of cardio ie. cycling/treadmill running/swimming
1 day of weight training do 3 sets with 15 reps (start at a light weight you can handle and work all muscle groups)
alternate each day and have one day of rest for your muscles
incoorporate stretching everyday 10 mins before and after training, hold stretches for 15-30secs each
