I haven't been sexually active for almost two months now (used protection, nothing went wrong), and since then I've had two periods(both in the same month...i'm never regular). But the past few days my nipples have been really sore and I'm not sure why. I took a pregotest this morning and it was negative....so I'm not sure what's going on? PMS? Maybe? 'cause I'm never sure when I'm gonna start.

Sounds like a hormonal imbalance problem. You could try an over the counter progesterone cream available at some drug stores or health stores. It can be rubbed on your breasts.

If this doesn't work or help then you need a doctor to run some blood or saliva tests to determine your hormone levels. A naturopathic physician can give you a non-birth control pill answer.

my nipples are always sore too but your case sounds like a real bugger. i think you should go to the doctor and arrange to get on the pill...because there are ones specifically designed to regulate your period. it will make you feel much better knowing what's happening and you'll be able to plan things more in advance and whatever. you can also ask the doctor about your nipples while you're there. for now use a thick moisturiser like lanolin cream, shea butter or cocoa butter to ease the discomfort. xoxox
