My roomates been having a nose bleed for like two hours. Come on, somebody's got to have a "sure fire" method of stopping it. She's making a mess!

I don't know why, but I just can't hold the urge to use the restroom, and it really is disturbing, especially during the exams and classes (which sometimes annoys the teacher, although they know that I'm not going to the restroom to cut class).

I try not to take in lot of fluid the day when there is a really long class or an important test, but I have to take SAT soon, and I'm not sure if I'll be able to hold it for nearly 4 hours!? I think I especially have the urge to go when I'm nervous, like taking tests. I also start to worry a lot if I go to a new place, and can't find the restroom to use...

Is there something you can do to stop that urge, other than not drinking a lot and not thinking about it? Is it like a panic attack, sort of?

Sorry, I have been away and just wanted to say thanks for your help. I saw my gyno 2 weeks ago and decided to go ahead with theHysterectomy. I am going into hospital next Monday to have the op. I blead for 36 days flooding and clots for most of that time, then 10 days rest (thank god) then day 47 spotting and then day 51 they come back so bad again, the last 3 days I am over it all, last 2 days i am changing every 30 minutes or else I flood (daynight). So I'm a walking zombie at the moment (can't wait for sleep) I'm almost over the feeling of once its gone I'm not whole and its final no chances of more children, but I'm 44 have 2 wonderfull children and just can't go on like this any more. Again thanks for your help

I'm almost 18, about 5'1" (1.57m), and 80 pounds (36.5kg). I run long distance events at interschool athletics and cross-country competitions but only during the season which is for about 6 months. Outside of the season I don't exercise at all. I eat a lot for someone my size, but mainly meat and carbs. I pick at fruit vegetables but don't eat a lot of it. Is it unhealthy to eat this much and not put on any weight? I would really like to gain some weight because at the moment I could easily be mistaken for someone anorexic.

What can I do to take care of the constant headaches that i get especially on the right side of the head? I have visited my physician severally and always given pain killers. Two days ago a blood test showed i had malaria and being treated for it. The headaches subsided but are back again despite taking pain killers. I've had my eyes re-checked at the optician since i'm short sighted but there is no deterioration in my eyesight. Who can assist me?

I first got chlamydia by my first boyfriend, but I didn't find out about it until I was with my current(second) boyfreind. We both got tested and his test came back negative but mine came back positive. I got treated for it immideately and got a second test done some time later which came back negative, but now Im pregnant by my current boyfriend of two years and was told that I have it again. I haven't slept with anyone else but my current boyfriend and he tested negative for it again, so how did this happen?

I'm 18 and I've never been able to masturbate. I can get an erection very easily but after that nothing happens no matter how much I try. Although during the night I'll get "wet" dreams. But that hasn't been happening as much since I got older. Has this happened to anyone else? Do you thing there might be something wrong?

My husband has been thinking about getting a colonoscopy he has a family history of having colon cancer. He is scared to say the least of both the procedure and the out come. He is always looks on the bad side of things. He says the same thing allot of men say and think "If its not broke don't fix it". I tell him that It might be broke and you will not know untill it is really bad. I was wanting some feed back from all of you that had the proceedure done to respond and tell him what he is to expect? Also for all of you that found the worst and have been under treatment and have beat it by being diagnosed earlier? I will have him read these answers and try to get him to get it done.
