can u have a flat stomach even after pregnancy? what happens to the stretch marks on your belly once you lose all of your belly fat?

Yes you can a flat stomach again with lots of hard work, but the stretch marks are there to stay, I'm afraid... unless you get surgery.

In my case, YES. My Stomach went right back to the way it was before pregnancy. I was able to wear a bikini soon after, I didn't have stretch marks after my first child, But had only a few after my second child and my belly took a little longer to get flat again the second time around, once my belly got back in shape, you couldn't see the stretch marks.
Tanning helped, but not to over do it. And if you have lots of stretch marks I wouldn't tan, they would hurt bad if they got burned.
Use cream for stretch marks. I have been told it does help.

I think it is possible but I do know it is hard. My mom has been trying to get rid of her stomach for years now and without much luck. And her stretch marks are still there. You can't really get rid of stretch marks any way on your belly thighs wherever.

the stretch marks stay and its very hard to get your tummy flat again, most women who get really flat have a tummy tuck.

Yes. My teacher slimmed down alot, even to the shape she never had before. She said it was due to stress. So you neednt worry tooo much.

yes. there are creams to rid the stretch mark, strixaderm and strivoctin are popular. also home health (brand name) has one called mothers milk. and then diet and exercise gets rid of the excess weight

OF COARSE YOU CAN HAVE A FLAT TUMMY AGAIN...JUST DO SIT UPS ONCE OR TWICE A DAY...AS FOR YOUR STREACH MARKS...THERE WITH YOU FOR LIFE..THEY WILL FADE TO SILVERY SCARS...BUT THATS THE WAY IT GOES I GUESS
