Hello i sometimes felt as though I couldn't remember things for long enough and that my memory span was not what it used to be especially when learning a foreign language! the teacher would of said the answer a minute ago and i wouldn't remember. Eat Carrots, Drink Vervain Tea and Ginko Biloba tea. Also if you eat meat reduce your eating of it! If you smoke I suggest quit it if you

Keep the mind active. reading is supose to help. watch tv does not. logic puzzles also tend to make the mind work out.
Overdoing it does not help either.
