Yes because you will have poor vision and hairy hands. Just Joking! Of course they can't tell by doing a physical but everyone does masturbate and as long as your not doing it in the waiting room you'll be fine.

Well the only way I can think of is if you tell him your a virgin, and then he checks your Penis and it has friction marks and is raw from doing it to much! Besides that no!

the "checking your body" test I like that one. How old are you? if the Dr. is a she ask her if you're doing it right and show her how you do it. ask her to show you how to do it right, and what's the best way to do it.
