Yes it is possible..if the vas {tube that delivers the sperm to the penis} was not cut short enough or the ends cauterized they may grow back together..

I would say yes he is still fertile. He is still producing sperm. The vasectomy didnt do anything about that, all a vasectomy, when done properly, is supposed to do is keep the sperm from getting out. The little "tube" ( dont know what it s called sorry) gets cut. thats about it . I have heard that vasectomys can be reversed I dont know how often or how effectively

If the operation is successful, then it is not possible.
The doctors just cut the veins from the testicles to the penis and thus the sperms do not flow out and are desolved in the body only.
So your bf is either bluffing or have not had a vasectomy

After the operation, 24 hours post - op your bf is still fertile. There are still sperms in the seminal tract that can get you impregnated if you resume sex immediately. Only the sperm below the severed tract cannot travel thru the vas deferens (the severed tract).
What your bf can do is have 10 - 20 ejaculations then go to the doctor and have a sperm count. Usually, it will shorten the duration of having sperm. In 2 months time, and after a sperm count of zero, you can happily live ever after.

If he had a successful vesectomy, no. Only tests by a medical professional can tell if it was successful or not. They can sometimes be reversed but often the reversal itself can cause scar tissue which still prevents that flow of sperm. A vesectomy should always be considered as permanent, because it's very difficult to successfully reverse one.

There is a period of time after the procedure that sperm is still present. I think you have to wait a few weeks to insure that all the active sperm has left the body and that pregnancy will not take place. He probably has to have a motility test to make sure.

the duct is cut off so the sperms can't flow out from the testicles,it is ridicurous if he is still fertile.it is totally out of the question!unless a miracle(that is 0.01%).take him to check with the DR to find out the outcome.
best wishes.

he's fertile, meaning he still has sperm that is good to use, however the vasectomy has made it so the sperm cannot be ejaculated like it normally would. this is how it prevents pregnancy.

I've heard it's possible that some mistake was made during the operation, thus the possibility might exist that he is. Overall, though I've heard it's rare. I'm not entirely sure though on any of it.
