for abs do situps - pull your ribcage toward your pelvis and pull your feet off the ground at the same time for the best results (really squeeze it, try 4 sets of 25 four days a week.
i never go to the gym because i bought some weights (look at garage sales). all you really need are dumbells with a good weight that u can do no more than 6 reps with each set. with them do tricep kickbacks, lying flyes, lying press and pushups 2 days a week. on another 2 days a week, do bicep curls, hammer curls, wrist curls and shoulder presses. all excersises - 3 sets of 6 reps.
when eating at first you want to eat alot, not sugar but lots of carbs and protein. good things are, eggs, meat, dairy, potatoes, rice, fish, bread etc. also drink alot of water.
after you build up some muscle, cut down on your food intake and introduce some light cardio work (walking or jogging) and keep up with your weight lifting routine always remembering to increase the weight every couple of weeks. hope this helps!

Uhhh... more cardio.. it'll take off more of the fat in the fatty layer, which is the main cause you can't see your muscles very well.
Just make a good weight-lifting plan and stick to it, eating energy food before and take a protein shake or bar after the workout.
Do some pushups -- it works on your pecs, deltoids, and arms,
and gives some strenuity in your arms (which is cool).
As for abs ... you can do crunches, sit ups, leg raises (to work out lower abs), go into push up position on toes, but instead hold yourself on your forearms and stay there..
And remember to keep a healthy, clean diet. Muscley guys don't get to where they are w/o exercise, and eating pizza chips and macaroni and cheese. They work hard.. you gotta work hard, remember that. Aiight byee.

muscels? Use the spell check. You can buy mussels from a fish market or build muscles buy working out with professional supervision. If you are really fat just lose weight. that way you can see the muscles. go to the library or surf the net and learn about your body, names of the muscles, types of workouts for body parts, diets, living healthy. that's a good start.

Go to www.bodybuilding.com, the best site on the web and they have a teen section (make sure you visit the forums). You'll get all your questions answered by both very experienced body builders and peers at your age.
BTW, no gym could deny you the right of membership.
