I mean if they are laying in bed how can fat people run to the toilet fast enough? secondly how do they keep themselves clean cause there is no diaper big enough?

I take beadryl quite frequently as a sleep aide. I only get about 4-5 hours of sleep per night and have found this medicine to work well. Is it addicting? Anyone use it, or have any other suggestions to help me sleep. 4-5 hours for years is catching up to my health.

After all the movies I have seen about people dying from a extremely contagious virus that kills you, then just when you think that person is gone, it rises up and kills in a rage to spread its virus by bitting and eatting the flesh from a human. Will this happen in the near future? Is this a warning from the future trying alert us about this? Will the world go crazy? Tell me if this is real or just a persons big imagination.

After 3 years and marriage plans, I found out my ex was cheating on me for our entire relationship. I called her and she knew all about me but he had given her the impression that our relationship was nothing serious. To name just a few of the things I found out, he had given me a present she had given him, he practically lived with her only keeping up appearances in his apartment when I came over and been on holidays with her. He told her I was a lying, that he felt sorry for me, then sent me a text saying not to contact him anymore and that his life was with her. She took him back and I was absolutely destroyed. However, ever since the beginning of 2006, he has been texting and calling me saying how sorry he is, how much he misses and still loves me. I have texted back saying that I did not feel the same, some things that are broken can never be mended and that he didn’t know what love was to do such a thing. I have never spoken to him and he is still with the other woman. I have not healed after all this time and tears still fall thinking of the depths of his betrayal. Why is he really calling? Is it worth hearing him out? Or is he simply bored in his current relationship?

Hi.... Please Read On..

*Im 12,I really want to feel active, look and feel good and be happy with myself.. I am quite lazy and i'm always tired, and obsessed with food.
I'm always thinking about losing weight because I want to be a professional singer,and I want to be slim.
But I ALWAYS fail, and go eat some crisps and say 'ah, I'll do the diet tomorrow' I can't handle it, I really need help to learn that I only eat when I'm hungry, and I also get help from others too but I just ignore that aswell.. this is getting a little too stressfull, i'm a little bit fat, not enormous or anything, just a little fat that needs to be gone.
And this is also quite upsetting because I really want to lose weight and fit into lovely clothes and be happy with myself, and have more energy.. Can you Please help me and give me any kind of good advice??

Okay, every morning I wake up very early because I cannot breathe through my nose. Blowing my nose does absolutely nothing. Medicines never help and nasal spray does work, but I am sick of waking up early every morning to put nasal spray in. Does anyone have a solution?

Might sound silly, but I have heard that it does and want to see if it's true? I've worn one to bed for awhile now mostly cause I live with my parents and in case I get up during the night or first thing in the morning and someone else is up, I'm not small chested so I really dont want to chance that,lol plus I'm just used to wearing one at night, but if I am risking my health of course I will stop, please provide your source of information too, thanks everyone!

i really need some good laxatives, does anyone know of any good ones in the UK, in stores like boots or superdrugs? i am aware of the consequences but still want them. I have never eaten fruit and vegetables, they truly make sick, 'cept spuds, processed peas and tinned tomatoes, in my life ever! I even refused it as baby apparently. To this day it's meat, all kinds, including burgers, bacon, sausages. Chips, eggs, bread, cheese and fish. Lots of pastry dishes, including pies of all description. I love fried food. I can sit and eat a full pack of chocolate digestives in one sitting. A dozen bags of crisps too, not in the same night, that would be greedy! Chocolate of every description. I drink about 12 mugs of tea a day, i smoke, don't excercise,my job is a driver, not too strenuous. I don't drink alcohol.
I'm 41, look 35, really! My blood pressure is 109 over 57, cholesterol is ok, I'm 5foot 11inches and weigh 11.5 stone. And my doctor reckons i'm one of life's anomalies and i'll live to be about 90!(I thought he was gonna hit me when he said that!)
Why should I live a healthier lifestyle?
