ok well last night at 2 am we had a fire in my moms room the flames were chest high it was caused by a cigarette (all u smokers think of that my mom would've died if my bro.sis.and i weren't home) we are all ok but i was wondering what are the affects of smoke inhalation My bro. put out the flames i got my mom(who was scared an wasn't moving in the center of the flames) and my sister just helped with the odds and ends.
My bro. coughed up black stuff and i puked but we want to know if anything else could happen.

i thought they were two different things. please tell me the difference. also - he has a problem with his legs swelling and hurting him very bad - he will get cold sweats and nausea along with the legs swelling. Is this because of the diabetes or could it be something else ?

i have always looked after my teeth, go to the dentist every 6months, cleaned them twice a day but now i have a cracked tooth which is giving me pain. My dentist has drilled and refilled to see if it would hold but it needs to come out. He can't fit me in till Tuesday next and paracetamol are the only meds i can take, which isn't really helping. Any ideas of something to rub on the gum or a mouth wash solution. Thanks in advance.

I am convinced that I am the ugliest/fattest/stupidest person on the earth.

Okay, I'm not that bad, but I do feel exremely down on myself most of the time. I am extremely insecure and I don't feel attractive at all most of the time. I feel like a big fat cow (I'm a size 12 and weigh about 150 at 5'3"). I know people have told me that's not big, but I feel huge.

I know the root of the problem isn't my smarts, looks, or weight, it's my self esteem, so I ask this: How do I gain self-esteem?? I want to "get my sexy back." I am only 33 and feeling sexy and pretty is still very very important to me. If anyone has any suggestions please let me know.

This is having a devistating effect on my current releationship. My boyfriend isn't the most charming of men, and he can sometimes say things that come out wrong, like "yes you have a big butt, but I like it." I Know he's trying to pay me a compliment with the "I like it" comment, but all I hear is "Yes you have a big butt."

My doc just started me on cymbalt afer being on Lexapro for a couple of years and it seemed to have quit working and I have a lot of back pain and she thought it would help because it is not just for depression it is supposed to help with nerve pain to. but the pharmacist told me to take it in the morning but it made be drowsy so I want to know if I can take it at night that is when I use to take the Lexapro any help would be greatfull thanks

Okay... well i had two positives on a test and then one neagative a week after but i had all the prgnancy symtoms and i had sex sooo many time and its been five months and i took another test from the dolla store and it showed up negative but i didnt take it in the morning though. And my stomach looks like its bloating out and everytime i go to the bathroom , my stomach goes down and my stomach just feels hard. i dont look like im showing then but then ill eat alot and then i think i am because of how far my stomach pokes out. then i be wondering if its time that im starting to show. I am a very slim person and only wiegh 110 lbs. this would be my first pregnancy. can anybody give me some good advices or tell me if this is happening to you.

As u have already probably read, I hurt my wrist yesterday from falling down, i told my mom about it, and she said to just put ice on it and would look at it when she got home (shes a nurse, she gets home at 7:30 p.m. and i fell at 6:30 a.m.) so i put ice on it then an ace bandage. when she got home it was already too late to go to the doctors(she didnt want to go out again in the dark) so I went to bed, and woke uyp numerous times from my wrist hurting, and being in unfomfortabe posions(like not having it flat on the bed) when I got up this morning, my wrist was throwbing, and now i can hardly even move it, only my dad is home, my mom all ready left for work,

what do i do???
plz help, and fast too plz

I was getting up from the couch yesterday and hurt my back somehow. It hurts in the lower middle, and seems to hurt worse after I've been still for a while ... is really bad after I've been sleeping. I've tried the heating pad and ibuprofen. I also have some cramping in front which may be caused from switching birth control pills. Anyone know what else I can do for the pain and what might be causing it? I have no health insurance so I'm hoping it's nothing major.

I had a heart cath in September and ended up with a large hematoma that kept me bedridden for a month. It has since been aspirated and is shrinking, but lately I have noticed some soreness around the leg as the hematoma gets smaller. I have been a little more mobile over the last two weeks. It's not excrutiating, just aggrevating. Does this sound normal to anyone out there?

I have a 13 yr. old son that has bipolar disorder stage 1 plus adha.He is having alot of troblem in school.Its just like the staff does not care about what is wrong with him cause they dont even help him out like they need too.He is in the 7th grade this yr. But im afraid that if they dont have him some more help them he is not going to pass this yr.
