I am a dental assistant and the best product in the stores is Crest white strips. It really does work and I have seen the results on my patients. It uses the same ingredient as the dentist uses but a a lesser strength and price. Good luck. Don't buy the toothpastes, it only removes service stains and it takes forever

Commercial tooth whiteners use hydrogen peroxide and
are expensive and inconvenient. A cheap and natural
tooth whitening home remedy uses few strawberries
but certain precautions have to be taken.
I found the information at http://tinyurl.com/ep7yg

Do not use hydrogen peroxide!!!! That is a very poor choice...Crest Whitestrips are great and it has been proven that OTC whiteners are just as effective as in office treatments.

Use Hydrogen Peroxide 3% solution. 3 times a week for two weeks. Rinse or gargle. If your teeth become white on the ends stop using it or if your teeth become sensitive stop using it. COST is 59 cents Walgreen's.
