I felt less stressed when taking St Johns Wort but have much difficulty swallowing any pills. Please help if you know if I can buy in liquid form. Thanks. Holidays are particularly hard for me so if you have any other suggestions, would greatly appreciate.

Shoulder pain is killing me! Ever since the shoulder pain started I am getting less and less sleep. Shoulder pain gets worse every little bit I move. For several years I have had pain in my right shoulder that comes and goes. Sometimes my shoulder pain doesn't hurt at all, sometimes just a little, and sometimes it hurts really bad. Sometimes my shoulder pain hurts so much that it makes the lower part of the side of my neck hurt, and my arm too. I cannot remember injuring it, but I tend to be very active. I DO NOT have insurance and a visit to the doctor is really out of the question. I really just need pain meds to treat the shoulder pain. I just heard I could get some pain relievers over the net. Can pain medicine for shoulder pain be bought online?

It was a bit tender yesterday, but today if i put any weight on it it buckles.

Kay let me begin. I'm bulimic. I'm 14. I'm 5 feet 10inchs tall and weigh 98 pounds. I'm a ballet dancer/ model. I have also suffered from depression. Here's the "good" news for most of you. I'm in a recovery center. But here's the thing... It SUCKS. i came here because my school counsler and my parents made me. But this place is aweful. They make me feel like i'm this horrible person for thinking that builmia was the right answer. I mean i know it was wrong but it's not like i murdered someone. But they always are tell me... you should be ashamed that you did that. So now i feel like everythings my fault and that i should just quit trying to do anything right. So basically i'm still builmic cuz this recovery center from hell isn't helping. I don't know what to do... should i leave?? (if my parents with let me) or should i try and stick it out (even though it's just making me want to throw up more)??

im starting to run 2 miles everyday.. should i up it to 3-4 instead for faster results? i also do 200 crunches/leg lifts and 200 lunges everyday.


now if i dont eat after 7 pm .. will that also help?

how much should i be watching my diet ?

i eat fruit for breakfast or cereal
i eat tuna or another type of sandwich for lunch
and for dinner i usually eat some type of pasta or meat with salad.

should i change my eating habits as well?

how long do you think this would take me to lose about 10-15?

Im 17 and have been smoking for 2 years but I believe I have never been addicted to cigarettes.

When I say i have been smoking for 2 years I don't mean everyday. I recon I have averaged about 5 cigarettes a week for 2 years, but I never feel like I 'need' a cigarette I just really enjoy having one, thats all.

I never smoke on my own, only with mates, but I've got friends who are addicted to smoking because they avverage about 4 cigarettes a day. However, i can have about 4 cigs one day then not have aaymore for the rest of the week!

I know I can give up if I want to, but have never really feel like i need to because it hasn't affedcted me in any way that i can notice.

does what I have just said prove that I can handle cigarettes, if i continue at the rate im going?

i have had 2 section and although slim on my bottom half, i am pretty much a big gal on the top and that includeds my apron belly that just hangs there. I dont let him get to close in bed, i mean by that i try to hide as much as possible with a shirt im still wearing ect. He like me and even said he thinks he has fallen for me. He said it does not matter like thay do about my stomach as i have great personality and a cute face. But this is something i cannot relax about and he said it will all come in time, but i feel so ashamed and before anyone says diet or loose weight, you cant get rid of your stomach when you have had sections as your stimach muscles have gone, yes u can loose weight actually but it looks worse when u have as you just left with a mass of deflated yukky skin. If i could afford surgery i would but i cant.
i have every confidence in making love, sex, its just my really fat area around the tum and pubic area that is so fatty. How do i deal with this?

I have no idea what this is, there is a large reddish flaky patch of skin on each side of my mouth (on the corners of my lips) resembling Psoriasis. I know it isn't that, Perioral Dermatitis or Cold Sores / Herpies. I've tried Chapsticks, Vaseline, all manner of topical moisturisers, eating more fruit, drinking loads of water ... could this be a vitamin deficiency? Thanks in advance.

So I've been taking Paxil for a week now. The doctor told me that after a week, I was supposed to increase from 10mg to 20mg. They also put me on xanax for panic attacks. The thing that sucks is this: the Paxil makes me all jumpy, and panicy, it makes my thoughts race, and I get all agitated. So I take a xanax to calm down----but I end up being a zombie all day. Then around 4 or 5 in the evening, the depression kicks in again, and I start to feel worse, which spins me into another panic attack, so I take another .5mg of xanax, which knocks me out. Has anyone gone through this? I was nervous to increase the paxil, so I'm still taking only 10mg until I see my doc next week. Can anyone help me????

I'm currently dealing with an awfully painful sinus infection and the meds I'm on haven't really kicked in yet. 800 mg of Ibuprofen works well for the pain temporarily, but it's wearing off 3-4 hours before it would be safe for me to take more. Is there anything else I can try?
