she needs to tell her mom so that she can go to the doctor and get proper treatment. If she doesnt tell her mom you should it is nothing to joke or avoid. this is something she will be dealing with for the rest of her life, she will need the help and support from her parents. I'mSORRY

She needs to tell her Mom. She is going to need the support of her family as this disease progresses.
