Hoodia is actually not a good appetite surpressent because a lot of the ones they sell at vitamin stores are not pure. They are just expensive and ineffective.

Try drinking coffee or tea. That is inexpensive and helps a lot.
Or drink a good amount of water whenever you are feeling hungry.

Diet pills are not the greatest thing either, unless you do not mind taking them.

Just eat a healthy diet, low in calories that consist of fruits and vegetables.

I've just starting taking Hoodia Gordonii, which is a natural supplement only found in the Kalahari desert in South Africa.
After the first week, I didn't see any change in my appetite. But now, in week two, I feel my appetite slowly diminishing.
I'm a sceptic, but the tablets are definitely working--I've lost 6lbs this week already and its not yet Sunday.
But a word of warning: there are a lot of fake tablets out there, especially over the Internet.
When you do find the real McCoy, the capsules are very expensive. I bought one month's supply (100 capsules) from a website with scientific verification that it was pure hoodia, and they cost £38. That's about $76.
Good luck.

DO not try any pills. Don't mess with your health. Diet pills can affect your heart and do some serious damage.
The moviestar diet is a scam. There is no good diet if it says it is fast. You gain it all back and double. Be wise please.

Go to www.sparkpeople.com

Many patients ask me how they can slim down. I am against prescription pills because I prescribed them many years ago, and some of my patients became very ill.

I now recommend that people eat right and exercise. However, if they would like a little "help", I now recommend Hoodia (it's important to note that not all Hoodia works well, even if the bottle says "pure" or "standard".

The Hoodia being sold at http://www.alllsite.info/free-diet-pills.php is in my opinion, the best product on the market. It's pure, no side effects, and it's only $4.97 for 2 weeks (yes, less than $5 !). My patients have seen dramatic results with this particular Hoodia.

24 ounces of grapefruit juice a day (three 8oz glasses).

This will help you loose 4 lbs every 12 weeks...

I have lost weight using this method.

If you are looking for a fast solution this is not it...but it is easy, effective and beneficial in more ways than one. Besides getting lots of vitamin c, you will loose weight gradually, which means you won't have permanent flab to endure or have removed surgically.
This information I have obtained through an article in Men’s Health Magazine.

I wrote this next article to a gal on yahoo answers forum in an email:

Basically I just took the article I read in line at the market in Men's Health Magazine for what it was worth...face value..three 8 ounce glasses each day...no matter what kind or when....I can relate some stuff to avoid through experience...the stuff you might find in the can that you have to add water to thats frozen (called pink grapefruit juice)...avoid it...it's very bitter and not paletable at all...the best kind is the stuff in the half gallon carton in the refrigerated section of the supermarket...get Sunnyside Farms if you can...it's ruby red grapefruit juice from concentrate...but it's not too expensive...only about $2.50 a half gallon...some stores like Safeway only sell the squeezed stuff (ruby red as well) and it can get pricey...like $4.50+ a half gallon *shudders*....thats cool in a pinch...but I wouldn't stock up on it...grapefruit juice basically carmatizes your digestive system (makes things right) and supresses appetite in a manner that is beneficial/acceptable to the human condition in my experience/opinion...but that doesn't mean one needs to throw common sense out the window and continue to eat things like burgers etc. in excessive amounts...try to eat lighter...with grapefruit juice you will find this can be accomplished in a comfortable manner...I would suggest to drink as much of the stuff as you can (over 24 ounces per day if you feel comfortable with it)...this is one case where it seems more is better....good luck..

It's way healthier, cheaper, & tastier to just fill up on foods that have fewer calories per gram. Look a labels & do the math. Also add bulk & flavor to your recipes by adding things like peppers, celery, onions, etc. to bulk them up.

The big advantage to this approach is that you get to pick your own food and can vary it all you want.
