Ok here is the deal I just started a new diet, and I am on 1000 calorie diet. I am so hungry like all day that it is driving me crazy. I drink so much water that I have to use the bathroom like every 30 minutes. I keep saying to my self it will all pass but I dont think it will I only need to lose 25 pounds. My friend told me that it is all in my head that my body is going thur withdrawl and will get use to not having all the food I used to eat before. But I really dont know what to do.

The only reason I dont eat as much as them ,is because I portion what I eat. And my sister eats more than me, but she excercises. I dont. So I keep my intake low, so I dont gain weight. Is this wrong?

First of all, I have never had sex. My boyfriend has been down in that area before, but he's never entered. Is it still possible for me to get pregnant becuase of precum? I had a teacher who said that she got pregnant even though the guy pulled out. Did she get pregnant only because he was actually inside her, and do I have anything to worry about since he isn't entering?

really need help. Im 12 and 198 lbs. I wear a size 3x in shirts and 18 in pants. my mom says im beautiful inside and out. but i know thats crap because im fat! Ive thought about being anorexic but it is just wayyyy to dangerous. I excerisize regularly (weightlifting,running,jogging... lifts 3 times a week) I drink lots of water and im not very good at keeping track of calories.
My dad and mom say that im beautiful and oh dont worry about it you still need to grow but im already 5 ft 5 inches!! lol. Im not sure what my weight needs to be or what to eat or what NOT to eat.
NO WEIGHT WATCHERS IM TO YOUNG

I am on Ultram and I lost some pills. I am considering buying some from one of those non-US pharmacies with a questionaire. I admittedly am hooked on Ultram and if I were to quit suddenly, would be really unhappy. I want to know if I can do this and the worst thing that would happen is my pills wouldnt show up or I may have to cancel the credit card or will I end up in a maximum security PMITA (see Office Space) prison with a large African American man in a pink tutu as a cell mate

Numbness in left hand index finger and the finger next to it, lost strength in left hand, no pain but very irritating, cant even type words with my left hand. elopathy has laser surgery for this but I am looking for homeopathy or some other remedies which can cure it.

My husband has a back injury and has been put on Vicotin 500 mg. he has asked his doctor to up his dose and the doctor told him that he could not because that was a sign of becoming addicted. I would like to know if that is reasonable or if i need to get involved and fight for him. Anyone with any knowledge, please help.

When I was 16 & a Jr. in H.S.;I broke my ankle during a JV football game.It was a schoolday afternoon.Emergency room determined that I had a spiral fracture of the tibia & said I would need surgery to "shorten it" & put in a thigh high cast.(It scared me when they said shorten it,cause I thought they were going to shorten my leg.)
I had to stay overnight & I was in a room for 2,but I was the only patient.After visiting hours, an intern -looking guy came in & said he was sent there by the office to do a Pre-Op. He closed the curtain around us.He had a clipboard & asked alot of ques. bout the injury.Then started to perform a physical.He did the usual BP;listened to chest,etc.Then he palpated my torso @ the time was in great shape.(couldn't pinch my abs)Then he removed my briefs.& put his finger up my groin & felt around my privates.He had me turn over.THEN came the anal/prostate exam.After he finished,he turned me over.I was erect,he had strange look of triumph.Was I abused?Hosp. SOP?

Many people use it for the energy boost, but I use it because it is the only thing that'll clear me up. I've tried all those other OTC's like "Sudafed" and "Dayquil". You name it, I've tried it. Nothing works besides Ephedrine.
