so is it called blood pressure

Are you asking whether or not you have high blood pressure?
Your systolic BP the top number is good, but your diastolic, the bottom number is borderline. So no, you do not have high blood pressure.

Yes it's called blood pressure, your diastolic pressure is a bit high.
