I think you posted before, but I'm going to repeat my answer:
Has your mom taken you to a doctor? You're still growing so young people like you have specific nutritional requirements. I'm "guessing" that your doctor will probably put you on a diet of 1,000-1,200 calories a day (of whatever, so long as it's not candy and you write it all down) but your mum and doctor really need to make that decision. There's also a chance you have a thyroid condition so you need to be checked out.
You're mom is right that beauty on the inside is important, but so is your physical health. If you are super muscular you might be perfectly healthy and the doctor can tell you that (might not be what you want to hear but we don't all get born with the body sizes we want).
Either way a counselor is also a very good idea. At your age, your weight is *really* and seriously not your fault. I'm so sorry you have to deal with this.

Whatever you do, please do not develop an eating disorder like anorexia or go on any crazy diets! Hopefully you are too smart for that.
It sounds like you are doing pretty good as far as your exercise. Make sure that you are doing your cardio at least 3 times a week. You can also do it for more time: if you're currently running for 15 minutes a day, you can go for 20, for example. Our bodies get used to the amount of exercise they get after a while, so you have to increase the difficulty or the duration from time to time.
Perhaps the best thing to do now is work on what you eat.
After all, the magic formula for losing weight is make sure that you are burning more calories than you are taking in. You can ask your parents to take you to a nutritionist, who will teach you healthy eating habits.
And keep exercising. I believe that research is starting to show that people who are overweight, but exercise, can avoid some of the health problems that we usually associate with being overweight.
And, by the way, your mom is right: you are beautiful.

okay, your body is changing and all, but you are still overweight at nearly 200 pounds. don't listen to your parents, they obviously aren't helping you with this. And it is a serious problem for youth today, so you're not alone. You could try to get some help from your school guidance counselor, or your school health teacher or gym teacher, they can provide you with more information about weight loss, and be a support system for you.
I know its hard, but you will need to learn self control. Stop eating whatever fatty foods you are consuming-whether it is candies, ice cream, deep fried foods, etc. cut out all of the junk and don't eat fast food. At all. period
Then, control your portions. Start with really small amounts of food. Read labels to find out what the actual portion size is, and then eat that amount. Use a smaller plate to put your food on, that will also help.
Then get some more exercise. If you can, every morning get up and go for a walk. several miles a day. Find a hill you can walk up, that is really good for getting your heart rate going.
I know you can do this, have faith in yourself, don't give up, and take it one day at a time. If today was a bad day, then just think of tomorrow. Everyday is a new day, So even if you ruined your diet today, tomorrow can be wonderful.
I was 198 pounds last April, and I lost 50 pounds. I'm 5'3. If I can do this, so can you. good luck.

First of all it is all about how you feel. And yes you are medically over weight but it is very fixable. You are young and have a better chance of correcting things now. You may want to start by getting your parents to take you to your primary doctor. They can tell you how you safely lose the weight and give you a good guide. Totally and completely forget the idea of starvation, I have battled anorexia for 12 years and I would give anything to be free. You need to do it in a healthy manner and learn to live and eat healthy for life. But as a start in order to lose weight you need to burn more calories than you consume. I know it is not fun but keeping a food diary is your best bet. Sometimes we do not realize how much we are actually consuming until we see it in black and white. Even if you do it for a week just get a clear idea of how much and of what you are consuming. Try to eat a higher amount of protein and cut the carbs down. That means stay away from anything and all things fried. NO junk food like chips or cookies or candy. Anything that is sweet stay all together away from. Candy and cakes are high in calories. Very bad and you gain weight like crazy. If you drink pop stop or switch to diet. Each can of pop has 100 calories, try to stay with water. Water will make you feel full and will filter out toxins. Eat grilled or broiled chicken, salads and fish is good. Consider that you need to burn 3,500 calories to lose one pound of fat. SO keeping the calories down helps eliminate some of the load.
In order to maintain a weight you need to keep the amount of calories burned equal to the amount consumed.
It is a great thing you are exercising but make sure that you are burning more than what you are consuming. For you height you should be for a small frame 117-130pounds, medium frame 127-141 pounds and for a large frame 137-155 pounds.

You aren't too young for weight watchers. And I'm sorry, but your parents are NOT helping matters. This is an unhealthy weight for both your age and your height and you need to get a handle on it now. It is good that you are exercising as you say you are and drinking lots of water, but you need to watch your food intake - what you eat, when you eat, etc. You need to get to a doctor to discuss this and get you on some sort of plan, he/she may even bring a nutritionist into the mix to work out some sort of meal plan for you. It is good that you see this is a major issue it's sad that your parents don't, they are hurting, not helping you.

Your body will change alot in the next 10years, when I was your age I was a chunker too. I know that you are not happy with yourself now but that will change. The best advice I can give you is, keep up your physical activities and make sure to eat breakfast, lunch and dinner. Don't eat untill you are stuffed. Eat untill you are no longer hungry. Eat fruits and veggies inbetween meals as snacks. It is better to eat 6 meals a day than to gorge yourself on 3.
Don't worry to much, you have a lot of time for your body to change, and it will, I promise.

It sounds like you need some help from your doctor. Of course you are beautiful inside and out.....but you are not healthy, end of story. If you are doing all of that exercising, it won't help if you are not eating right. Get a diet plan from your doctor - eating more fruits and vegetables. less carbs, and less sugar. It may also be a biological problem like a thyroid problem or something where no matter what you do, you can't lose weight. I hope you get the help you need! Take care of yourself

Soft Drinks can kill if you're considering being even remotely healthy.
They're loaded down with sugar (that's 30g per serving) and are comparable to cigarettes in health detriment.
At twelve years old, you may shed some baby fat naturally, but consider that I am 6' 6" and weigh a mere 10 pounds more than you (I'm not in the greatest shape either).

Your parents are right, in the sense taht you are who you are and anyone that you should be around will like you for who you are and not what you look like and some heavy people are beautiful. I'm 5'5" and I weight 131lbs. but it is different for everyone. It depends on your bone structure and your build. You may be proportioned right and thus would not look to be over weight or fat... but healthy. There is nothing wrong with you and you are ONLY 12 years old. You are to young to stress over weight. Stress can make you gain weight, so just eat good foods, and exercise daily. You will be fine sweetie. Also listen to your parents, they mean what they say... so it is not crap.... They love you how you are for Who you are!
Appreciate that and yourself!
