The only reason I dont eat as much as them ,is because I portion what I eat. And my sister eats more than me, but she excercises. I dont. So I keep my intake low, so I dont gain weight. Is this wrong?

they are concerned about anorexia. a dangerous eating disorder.try to eat more before you wind up looking like nichole richie

Basically, just eat when you're hungry and stop when you're full. If you're worried about gaining weight, just stay away from foods like candy bars,chips, fatty salad dressings, and things like that. As long as you're eating right, your parents shouldn't worry about your weight, you may just be naturally thin (Lucky!)
