It can be very hard being overweight as a teenager but make sure that you don't go on the sort of diet which means you don't eat for days then have a binge. If you really want to loose weight consider going to a doctor or asking a parent to help you make a exercise and diet regime. How much you loose per week isn't as important as just loosing weight, don't worry so much it's a great thing that your even thinking about this! Ignore people who post moronic comments such as ZappBrana and r j, they are idiots who have nothing better to do with their time than insult people.
Good look and all the best.

You have to change your eating habits and keep it as a way of life. To many times we eat because it is time instead of when we are hungry. You also know that it took a long time for you to get to 200 lbs so it is going to take time to loose the weight. You need to stop all junk foods eat fruit instead. Look at the labels on the foods you are eating. It tells you the serving size and how many calories are in the portion. Look for the salt content that will make you retain water. Look for the fat content. Learn about nutrition and a healthy way to eat. Look it up on the Internet. Keeping weight off is not going on a diet it is a way of life. If you want to go have pizza with your friends then you know that you have to cut back and watch what you eat during the day. Don't eat the pizza get a turkey grinder with no cheese. If you have salad watch what you put on it that is what adds the calories.Don't put a time limit on yourself take one week at a time and each week you will see results. You also loose inches and not the weight some weeks. You will see when you put on a pair of jeans and oops they are to long or really baggy. Gee what do you blame that on. I know when they are tight we tend to blame the dryer.
Good luck and be healthy

Take your time. The weight did not appear overnight nor will it go away that quickly. If you lose too quickly (1) your metabolism will slow down making it harder to lose any more weight (2) you will gain it back quickly and (3) you will damage your growing body in ways that will cause health problems later in life.
I would suggest a nutritionally sound program like Weight Watchers. You will learn a new way of approaching food that will help you keep the weight off for life. This program is also nutritionally sound and takes into account the needs of a growing adolescent.

Exercise. Do both cardio and weight training. Exercise 5-6 days a week, preferably in the morning as soon as you get out of bed, don't try, just do it. Don't let yourself make up excuses why you can't or whatever, just go do it. Eat 6 smaller meals a day. If you need motivation take a picture of yourself in your swimming suit and put somewhere that you will see it everyday. Read,"Body for Life" by Bill Phillips. It is an exercise, diet, motivation book that works if you follow it. You can get it at any bookstore.

With you being so young, weight should be the last thing on your mind chicken.
I would suggest Weight watchers, it is really easy to follow, but you would need your man or dad to sign a declaration to say they are supervising you during your diet as you are under 16.
This is a reallly good way to loose a steady 2 pound a week.
You dont have to give up everything you like just eat in moderation.
Good Luck

Hi, I'm from the U.S. so I don't know what 162 cm is... but if you feel that you would like to lose some weight, I'd like to suggest you and your parents check out a new weight loss system (available for shipment to UK and Ireland) called Stack (soon to be called Systrim). You can check it out at www.M2CGlobal.com/anncuddyarmstrong.
Good luck,

Mustard is a secret bulge-buster. It boosts your metabolism and increases natural ephadrine, the hormone in which burns fat. According to Jeya Holly, professor of human nutrition at Oxford Brookes University, just a tablespoon within your food can reduce a flabby waist by 20 percent!

and eat right.
No soda, candy, or fried foods.
Fruits and vegetables and lots of water.

Go bland. Plain, uncomplicated, unseasoned food such as prepared chicken, plain rice and a undressed baked potato are nutritious but your palette will tire of them quickly, unlike salty moreish refined food, which keeps you snacking and piling around the pounds.

At breakfast, go ahead and ingest orange juice. But throughout other day, focus on water as an alternative to juice or soda
