It's binge eating. It's strongly related to the lack of activity. You've said it right..."if you don't have anything to do". If it's you who has this problem, then find something to occupy your time with. And....you shouldn't stop eating just like that. You should have three important meals a day, breakfast - very consistent, a good lunch, to give you energy and a ecent dinner. In betweens have just an yoghurt or fruits. Again. Get some activity.

There's an eating disorder called binge eating. It's when you have a compulsion to eat huge amounts of food at once, it usually has an underlying cause like depression, anxiety, obsessive compulsive disorder, and/or terrible self confidence.

that is called the stress disease man. If u are stressed or sad it causes u to eat and become fat and stuff! It all depends on if u are a manor not. If u had sex lately without protection and u are a lady then u might bepregnant.SRRY:(

The more you have to do, you will eat less because you are busy. But, if you are sitting around at home, being bored, then you probably will eat more because you think there's nothing else to do.

You could have diabetes or you could be a binge eater or it could be depression. You need to rule them out one at a time to find out what is wrong.

Well, diabetes symptoms include uncontrollable hunger. Overeating is mostly considered a psychological disease, though.
