Is this your natural energy, or are you perhaps consuming too many stimulants which could cause you to be this way? I find that having too much sugar and/or caffeine can make me extremely hyper. If you think it's your natural energy then perhaps you should visit your doctor to see if it's maybe due to some sort of illness.

The truth of the matter would be to go to your nearest health food store and ask for some food items that are mainly for relaxation, in addition it would be good if you asked them for a hot tea that is used for calming a person down and includes no type of caffeine in it. You need to avoid any and all food or drink items that list caffeine as one of their sources, that being like chocolate, pepsi & so forth.A persons diet can change their hyperactivity & balance them out to where they no longer are feeling jumpy.

Avoid caffiene, sugar, or anything that might trigger hyperactivity. If you're cycling from getting hyper to being depressed, it could be bipolar disorder. If you don't it could be ADHD or something like that. Talk to a psychiatrist (I'm not saying you're crazy, okay?).
