Like lets say you just got finished eating now, how long should you wait to weigh yourself to get an accurate answer.

You should weigh yourself in the morning. Also you only need to weigh yourself once a week if you weigh yourself more than that then maybe there is some kind of a eating disorder going on. I used to weigh myself every time i went into the bathroom. It's not like your weight is going to change in hours because sometimes it could just be water retention. Hope this helps.
