I'll tell you the healthy way to lose weight.First it has to become a life style or you won't keep the weight off. It is all about what u eat and your amount of it. Eat veggies,fruits,chicken,and fish.Stay away from sugar,and flour.Have your bread be wheat bread.Plus if u have to have noodles or rice then use wheat ones.Then I found the easiest excerzise cuz I'm lazy.I went and rented a pilates tape at the video store and I do it 3 times a week. It works...Good luck Oh pilates is a form of excerzise and you don't hardly sweat...Can't beat that.hahaha One more thing I do eat something I love one day a week so I don't feel deprived.I usually do it on Saturdays. Rewarding myself for doing good that week.

That depends on how you choose to lose weight. There are slow ways and faster ways. Faster ways require more discipline.

1) Fasting
2) Kimkins.com
3) South Beach or Atkins
4) Weight Watchers or Jenny Craig
5) Exercise alone (very slow)

You might think about trying this book called "The Movie Star Diet" by Steve Simmons. It helped me lose thirty pounds in 2 1/2 months when I didn't think anything would work. My goal to begin with was only 20 lbs! It has a really easy plan to follow and an excellent workout as well.

well the fastest way is to go n diet and exercise at the same time
but i dont reccomend this as it wont last once u start ur usual diet again. try exercising regularly. Just take a jog for 30 4 times a week. try to eat less carb foods. make sure u dont go to sleep as soon as you go to bed, and dont do any hard activity after you eat as well. Wish u good luck!

u can loose weight soon but it will be bad for your skin and body system. better to make a plan. the plan includes: diet and exercise. this depends also on ur health and body status, in all the ways, u better read confential articles and consult a dietition.
