Any chest pain should be taken seriously and you should go to the nearest doctor or hospital. People show different symptoms to any cardiac problem. It is better to go any find nothing than to wait and have irreversible effects.

It is possible you have pinched a nerve in your back. This can sometimes cause a pain in the chest! I would suggest you see a chiropractor!

CHEST PAIN IF WORSE ON BREATHING IN IS SIGNIFICANT.
IN THE FIRST INSTANCE, IT COULD BE A CHEST INFECTION.
BUT IF YOU SMOKE, TAKE THE PILL, OR DO LITTLE EXERCISE,THEN THIS COULD BE A BLOOD CLOT ON THE LUNG (ALSO KNOWN AS A PULMONARY EMBOLUS).
NEEDLESS TO SAY, BOTH NEED MEDICAL ASSESSMENT AND THE BLOOD CLOT NEED URGENT TREATMENT AS ITS PPOTENTIALLY DEADLY.
HOPE THIS HELPS.

I think you should go see your doctor, it could be anything but shouldn't be ignored.
