Eat more whole grains, fruits and vegetables and less sweets, meats and dairy.

Best Way is to start with
Breakfast containing:
A lot of fibers! cereal is great!
Snake with an orange or an apple
Lunch:
Start with salad,don't use ranch, use lemon W/olive oil +salt
have a toast, with Grilled Chicken breast or steak. A baked potato and steamed veggies.

Dinner,
Keep it light and simple! salad is good!
Clear soup!
Steamed veggies!
stay away from carbs at night and any thing fatty! it will not go away!

*Dont drink any beverages while you eat! that will give you a belly!
*Walk daily for at least 30mins
exercise at least 3 times a day!

I tried 100% Hoodia and......
Hoodia has worked for me...and with no side effects.
Check with your doctor before starting any weight loss program.

#1. Be sure you are buying pure Hoodia...look for the import certificate on the website. No matter the price, if they do not display this, you really do NOT know what you are getting!

#2. Be sure it is 100% Hoodia & not mixed w/other herbs, etc.!!

#3. Keep in mind it stops your hunger pangs…you MUST remember to break your habit to always eat at certain times.

#4. Drink a full 8oz. glass of water with it!

eat less - half the usual meal each time you eat
cut out in between snacks
reduce coffee and tea
substitute chemical for sugar
walk 4 km day and 4 km night with a holiday every 5 days
drink lots of water
walk when you have the chance
forget junk food and pizzas
if you want milk, take fat free.

It worked for me - i lost 22 kgs over 10 months.

It's all upstairs, if you dream it you can do it. It just takes getting off the couch and moving around. We don't have a backyard to work out in (yet) but we go up to our local park and walk through the woods, and most apt complexes have free exercise rooms. Very cool.
(I'm not sure about MWA's diet, she's eating snake with oranges and apples...LOL)

Try to cut calories and exercise. You can calculate online the amount of calories you should eat if you type in your weight and height and activity level. Also try to exercise, mainly with cardio (treadmill, elliptical, bikes) at least 3 times a week.

Hi there !
Follow these golden rules..
1. Less sweet items
2. no fried items
3. less rice ( take more of wheat preparations
like chapathis etc..)
4. any exercise which will make us really sweat
for around 45 minutes per day...(walking /
skipping / running etc.)
5. no bakery items too..

Follow rgese strictly for 4 weeks ..and the result is yours..It needs too much of dedication and application...

do yoga, and cardio, swim atleast 3 times a week, walk , walk ,walk more
eat low cal food , do not starve on the name of diet please
drink more water
enjoy healthy changes in your body
