You may be gifted if it is pure muscle with no fat. Being 6' 3" AND 310 is a little on the chubbs side.

Having 20 inch biceps with very little strength in them may not be considered gifted by many. NEVER allow your height and size to overload your brain. You can consider your size a gift, but strength is not an automatic gift. It has to be worked and earned. Relative to what many believe, size does not matter, in many concepts. I have met much smaller men who have the strength of a bull and larger men who couldn't lift a UPS delivery box.

Since you've never been to a gym, I'm assuming you don't really lift weights or workout. I can assure you, a much smaller man who lifts regularly will have that strength needed compared to one who doesn't, regardless of size. In the world of martial arts, you are considered to be at a disadvantage. The smaller person always has the bigger advantage.

lol..harldy...
310 pounds sounds like u have some weight to lose. I'll bet that whole 20inches is not all muscle, and perhaps mostly fat!
Try doing a body fat analysis , and figure out your strength compared to the average man(at a gym) and that will tell you if you are "gifted".

Dude! If you haven't lifted any weights or consistently used your arms with some form of resistance in your life?
Your arms are all fat !! Not literally. (you have bone and the muscle your born with) But, I'd say you have a layer of fat 4 to 5 inches thick.

Sorry slim!!

I'd say you were overweight, and the biceps size was down to fat not muscle.

But that's only going on the limited information you give us.
