no.1. An elliptical - 10 min in the morning and 10 min in the evening. this will shape your buttocks and thighs.
no.2. walk at 4 kmph or more - regularly - 20 min in the morning and 20 min in the evening.
No.1 will show results in 3 - 4 weeks but will quickly reaccumulate
no.2 will show in 6 - 8 weeks but reaccumulation is also slow.
good luck - reaccumulation happens when you leave the exercise

wALKING is great. Also try hip-leg raises. Stand against a wall with your left arm touching the wall for support. Then raise your entire right leg up to hip area, then put down on floor again. Do this twelve times, Then turn around, this time, yur right hand touching the wall for support. Then raise your left leg, same as what you did with your right. Same count. Increase the number of raises the following days.
YOu can also do floor exercises focusing on your hips, lying on your side, and raising your leg ceiling-ward. Do as many times as your strength can hold. Your can also do circles with your entire leg while lying on your side.
