i hate my 'friends'
i stay in my dark room alone all day
i cry alot
im sad alll the time
im steadily gaining weight
im always glued to either the computer or the tv
my eyes are starting to get dark
i have no confidence in my self whatsoever
no one can seem to see it
and my parents aren't helping either

is there something wrong with me?

i used to be a mentally strong, supportive to others, and jolly girl. i was very self-dependent kind. a month ago i broke up and exactly my relation couldn't even work for 2months, since then i've been feelin alone, also i've developed feelings for one of my frnd..., who knws i like him and he likes me too. but i think i wanna stay out of it all... for long time, and i dont want my that friend to be the "one".
i am being quite lazy from few weeks... also seems am losing out something in life while..., all others r doing their best in every field.
i've always been very supportive to my frns.., but for my problems i dont find anyone to talk to..., i really need someone but at the same time i wanna stay out of it. what to do...? whats going on...?

A solution to the smoking would been to force businesses to have

Okay, I have another question about birth control pills. I asked one before but I didnt get a good answer. I want to know what would happen if I just took the estrogen (white) pills and not the progesterone (blue) pills every month (or vice versa) Would it prevent pregnancy and regulate my period or do nothing...or what would it do?. Also, is it normal to have chest pains without shortness of breath or stomach pains? I started the OPC's yesterday and this has already happened.

Hi I am from California and I hurt my knee this Nov. and my work sent me to a doctor and then they sent me to a ortho doctor in which took me off work due to some minor tears in the ACL and the workers comp nurse went behind my back to the Ortho doctor and got him to release me back to work without seeing me a second time. in fact it was my work who called me and said I was released (never saw any paper stating it) When I went back to work on the 6th day as I stepped down off the stairs of the bus my knee gave out and I fell to the dirt ground, now they think I did more damage the PT thinks I tore the madiscis(sorry for spelling) because of the knee cap clicking and popping, he said he never heard that before in my knee. So the first doctor I saw is going to order a new MRI. My question is do you think I should obtain an Attorney due to how my works workers comp is doing..I love my job and they treat me good but it is the workers comp people who are AH.

Around february of last year i began eating more responsibly, cutting out major calorie killers like cosmic brownies, hostess cupcakes, and poptarts. By being more aware of what i was eating i lost 30 pounds by the end of the summer.

For a little more than a month (september and some of october) i managed to only gain 3 pounds without being so strict on my diet.

I decided to begin to exercise, for about a month now i have been going to the gym 3 times a week, running for 20-30 minutes and doing a 30 minute nautilus circuit

I have now gained 5 more pounds

will i keep gaining or will i eventually end up loosing weight

my bmi has now shifted from healthy to risky


is the gym not for me?

When I have sex or masturbate, I find that when I climax I acutually have liquid come out. Kinda like I'm peeing but I've smelled it and it doesn't smell like pee. Whats going on and have any other women experienced this? Am I normal? I'm so embarrassed......

In the back of my mouth where my wisdom teeth would be i have a hard lump that hurts bad only when i swallow? I had x-rays like 6 months ago at the dentist, before this problem and they tell me i have no wisdom teeth at all. Not even under the gums. So im wondering what this could be? Theres no weird color to my gum. its just a hard lump right where id have a tooth. I have got this quite often like 5 times this year. I did mention it to my doctor awhile back when it wasnt there though. and she said could be a swallon gland? I just dont know if we really have glands in our gums/ sounds weird? Im 24 yrs old, clean my mouth and teeth 3 times a day. What is this and is causeing it? Thanks in Advance
