I need them for regular outdoor use. Regular gloves don't warm me.

Yes I did when riding motorcycles. Go to local Bass Pro Shop or local sporting good store. There are a lot of good brands and a lot of bad brands to choice from. I always the person waiting on me which was the best and took their advice. I also bought heated soaks. It is miserable riding it 20/30 degree and snowing weather with cold hands a feet. Hard enough to control big bike in that weather with warm hands and feet.
