I need to lose a lot of weight fast. i have been excersiceing and eating right, but i'm not loseing weight!! What do i do!?!?

you have to really analyze what foods you are eating.. if you are eating a lot of carbs, cut down on them.. they make you gain weight. drink lots of water, and cut out the diet soda drinks. although they have no calories, they contain chemicals which could hinder your weight loss.

if you don't know what carbs are, they are rice, bread, refined sugar and pastas. good carbs are fruits and veggies. eat lots of the good carbs and stay away from the bad. good luck.

Sorry, there is no way to healthily lose a lot of weight fast and please do keep doing it healthily. Exercising and eating right really will make you lose weight I promise, but there are a few things you can do.
1. Record EVERYTHING that you eat and all the exercise that you do. Be honest, don't cheat yourself. Some people find that they were eating right but they were sneaking themselves little bits on the side that sabotaged their success. Or they were rewarding themselves after a hard workout with junk food, that negated the effects of the workout. You WILL lose weight if you are eating less calories than you consume.
2. This almost definitely doesn't apply to you. It doesn't sound like you've been doing this for very long and unfortunately it takes some time... but it applies to enough people that it's worth mentioning, if you KNOW that you are doing absolutely everything that would cause any reasonable person to lose weight (and especially if you have other symptoms) go and talk to your doctor. There are several diseases-- hypothyroidism, cushings etc. that can cause weight gain and make it impossible to lose weight.
3. Keep doing what you're doing-- exercise and eat right. You might consider kicking your exercise up a notch or eating less, but be careful you keep it well within healthy boundaries.
4. Cheat! if you can't lose weight fast enough, just make it look like you've lost weight. Check out the What Not To Wear books at your local library and find an outfit that makes you look slimmer. And some people find that "shaping" undergarments work for them. Improve your posture- it'll make you look slimmer.
5. Keep it in perspective. You're doing the right healthy thing, it takes sometime and being skinny isn't the most important thing in the world.

Most people would tell you diet and exercise more. Well I've got a way you can lose 40 pounds in 2 months. Want to know why! 1. Set Up Realistic Weight Loss Goals. Don't set a weird goal like 10 pound a day no. 2. Drink Plenty of Water. Drink about 6-8 glass of water per day. 3. Chew More Slowly when You Eat. If you eat 5 smaller a day you will accomplish your goal, but pleas don't eat three enormous meal. That would actual get you fatter. 4. Exercise at least 30 minuets per day. Pleas stay away from pills they could kill you, some pills could help but there is a few that do help. If you follow this correctly you will achieve your weight goal.

There is no healthy way to loose a lot of weight fast. All healthy diets take time, so just keep doing what you're doing, of course taking what exactly you're eating into consideration, stick it out and have faith that it's working (of course you'll still check to make sure). It takes patience. Also please remember that diets are not supposed to be a short term thing. A diet change is a long term commitment.

heh.. well.. if you're planning on losing weight fast.. it's not gonna be healthy.. because all of the healthy ways are definetly slower.. so if u were gonna have to choose one.. i'd say skipping a meal a day to cut back on the calories... ur body gets used to it pretty quickly..

sometimes it takes your body 2 months to start losing weight but i drank green tea and it made me lose 10 lbs in a month green tea works by oxidizing fat cells and trust me it works maybe you should look it up on the i net

i have lost 12 kgs during past three months and there are some realy nice and easy steps.

1.green tea.
2.consume alot of water.
3.consume fat burners after long fasts.
