Sound like depression, to me. And, yes, that does mean something physically can be wrong with you. Check with your school counselor...or pastor....or some other trusted authority with where to get help. There is no shame in asking for help. Have you asked your parents? They should know what you are feeling, too.

Hang in there and don't be afraid to reach out for help.

OK. I am almost sure that you are suffering from severe depression. You may have some anti-social tendencies with your depression just like I do. Firstly, you have to decide if you are worth getting help or if you want to keep living like this. I know what the answer is because you have already reached out for help. You deserve the help and the effort it will take you to get through this rough time. And it will be alot of effort. I know everything seems pointless and stupid right now but just do this: Talk to your school counselor, talk to a family member, ask a family member to go on a walk in the park, to go ice skating, to go shopping at the mall or "Hot Topic," get some exercise every day. Get some sunlight. Eat healthy foods, see a psychologist, you can make it through this painful time. You're worth the effort it will take to do it. Talk to your friends. Most importantly - hang in there. It will get better. Take care, you!

Honey, you are classically depressing yourself , that's all. It's normal to feel the way you do. Nothing wrong with that. Definitely nothing wrong with you either.

However, you need to set yourself a time limit you remain that way. While you're depressing with all kinds of negativity and critical thoughts, you could still do something. Learn to sew or cook; rearrange your furniture; drink plenty of fluids; change hairstyle; look out into the sun from time to time so you get your Vit D; write about your gloom; go for a walk by yourself; make faces in the mirror; take a box and crush it (for symbolic purpose of thinking inside the 'box'); feed the birds; create nonsense syllables or words; etc...

There is always a time-out for everything. Mark the date out in your calendar when you hope to see yourself out of that state. It's wise to document your experience now bc you will survive it and live to tell another person how you went thru yours.

:)

Are you happy that way?

Not everyone need to be on drugs to make them just like every one else. If you don't like your friends them make new ones. If you are are happy this way then you should do what makes you happy. If you don't like feeling like this then you can fix it because you already know what's wrong. Get up, get away from the TV, go out and do something. Go camping to get away from it all.

There is nothing wrong with you as such. You are just depressed and the reason is probably because of a skewed view of who you should be brought on by society and peer pressure.

Go and see a therapist, find the right one. The first one may suck, don't get discouraged, just find another one and another one till you get the right one. Once you find the right one it will be a life changing experience.

Let me reiterate. There is nothing wrong with you.

Sounds like clinical depression. You can do like most people and get drugs from the doctor {anti-depressants}, or you can do something about it yourself. Like making your self get up and take a walk, or jog. Go fishing. Walk the dog. Just get out and DO something. Most of the reason we get depressed is because we are not happy with our lives. Change it.
You could also be having a problem with a vitamin D deficiency. It is caused from not getting enough sun-light. Happens a lot this time of year. Sunlamps will help, but real sunlight is better.

I think you have social anxiety and depression issues. You need to talk to your parents so they can get you some help. There are some great therapists out there that can help you. You may also have to talk some medication for a while.

You must be going through a teenage phase.
I'm a teen, and about two weeks ago, I hated my friends and felt really stressed out most of the time.
It felt like no one cared, and I was all alone.

People can't pull you out; they can only help get you out.
The only person that can overcome it is you.
Trust me, it will pass.

You sound morbid--you could be getting sick. If this isn't normal for you.
THe Bible(hope you don't mind) says, "Itr is not good for man to be alone." Isolation can make anyone drift.

But to cry is natural and healthy, do it in nature if there's a place. Day or night. Become a nature girl and watch closely what has been created. The world should be your home. I love, love my tv--but it just sits there waiting to explode(old ones will).

Are you on your period...? If yes, it could be a slightly biochemical imbalance. This imbalance makes you more sensitive than normal. No need to worry as it happens to every girl. You will get better soon.
