Fluids need to be replenished from the fever, also start to eat to regain some of the calories/nutrients you lost. Salt will help a great deal. As for body ache a temperary solution would be a pain reliever such as tylenol or excedrin. Tylenol will be a great choice if your stomach is easily upset. Get Felling Better!

Hi there !
=paracetamol tab / or meftal tab 1 thrice daily for 2 days.
=lots of fluids including fresh fruit juices.
=good quality coffee thrice daily..
(first tablet of paracetamol if taken with hot coffee will make you feel better in no time..)

at the same time, if possible, take some semi solid food also..preferably hot...

these are signes of flue,
just take rest, much water & orange juice, hot drinks.
never take anibiotics coze it's not necessary.

lots and lots of fluid water for sure, try some pediolight i know it is for kids but it helps , juices, chicken soup, rest and tyonal or advil as needed
