though the official age is not set , but yeah if you buy it when you are an 18 year old no one can question you untill and unless you are going to some ***** for it . the laws the culture in india spoils it all . dont be into flesh trade and buy it anytime when ur above 18 that is the safest thing ,and where to get them from , any medical store would give you a good one ,
but be sure ur safe ....

There is no official age for buying condoms;though voting age of 18 yrs. can be cited as a yardstick! Chemist shops and Condom dispensers!

well..its a nice question. But as far as I know, there is no age defined to buy a condom by any law. So any one can buy the condom from wherever it is available.
