I'm a 180cm, 54kg male, which makes me pretty much very skinny. I've ate alot of oily foods, chickens, meats and even lessen my frequency of exercising but none of them seems to help me gain some weights. I've tried body building, although it helps me shape my body, it doesn't increase the size, which was what I wanted.
On the contrary, I am used to having oatmeals as my breakfast, sleeping past midnight most of the time, and play soccer (which is about 1 to 3 times a month). Does these have anything to do with the reasons that I'm not gaining weight?
