I noticed that in my vagina there was a marble sized swollen round bump and I went to the ER but got no help they said it was a infection gave me pills three days ago but has not went down. Now there are 3 more bumps in there. Has anyone had a simalar reaction happen to them. I am going to the doctors on Monday. I was just wondering if there was someone else that has had the same experience I am recieving?

additional info:
I have been trying to get in to the doctor. But it is hard for me because my husband is military and they keep saying they are booked up and we cant go to another docter without having to pay all the money which would be 200 so that is why I went to the ER. So im just going to keep trying until I get in.

Additional info: Well the only reason why im asking is because since I left the ER 3 days ago after they told me it was a infection there has been 3 more that has grown and more pain and I have gone the bathroom more frequently. Also more discharge (not diferent color or smell) just more. But Should I be ok until Monday?

Fibroids can't be "lanced" and they don't grow in the vagina; they grow in and on the uterus. Moving on - it sounds like Bartholin's cysts. Definitely talk to your doc at your appt. Monday to ensure that you have received the right diagnosis - and subsequently the right treatment (i.e., broad spectrum antibiotics). Sitz baths and sometimes even surgical intervention can help too. Good luck and feel better.

It's not herpes. Infections sometimes take time to heal. If you're not in any pain and there's no unusual discharge from them I wouldn't worry about it until you see the doctor on Monday. If by some slim chance it's something serious, a couple of days isn't going to change anything and you won't accomplish anything by worrying about it except stress, and that might make the condition worse. If you start having a fever, severe pain, or any change in urination or defecation, it might be a good idea to go to an ER or urgent care clinic. Otherwise enjoy your weekend.

ER's deal best with emergencies. You should see a gynecologist
or at very least your regular doctor. An untreated infection could damage your reproductive system and it might be something else entirely. Take it to an expert and get the right kind of help..

Possibly it is an ingrown hair or a small cyst. Neither to be concerned about. If it doesnt go away within a week then you do need to get it checked out.

A good friend of mine got these. The doctor told her they were harmless fibroids. So try not to worry yet.
