By just dieting. Of course regular excercises too. If I just drink tea and eat fruits or vegetables everyday and do skipping, will I manage to lose weight, like I said, 5kg(10 pounds) in 3 weeks?

sometimes when I have been putting my lower back under stress, i.e. hunching over my homework for hours at a time etc (im college--22 years old), ill straighten up my back or something and something "pops" in my lower back....like part of my spine. what would this be? i really dont think its anything at all serious, but it doesnt sound good.

i get more sleep than is suggested for teens like me.... i get between 8-10 hours of sleep each night. but i have deep dark circle under my eyes. I have allergy shots often, but that doesn't effect the circles. I've had them for as long as i can remember....what do i do?

I have a small lump in my breast and my Dr. is going to do a biopsy. I was too stunned to listen to the details and have no idea of what is involved in this procedure. Aren't biopsies done by laser now? Is this a one day surgery? Any other details would be nice. I can't reach his office till Mon morn. and I am a complete wreck.

Is it true that around two years after your menstruation starts you'll stop growing? I'm around 5ft and I want to grow taller! My puberty starts when I'm like 11 going on 12 and I'm 14 now.. and I seriously haven't gone throught a ''shoot up period'' where I grow a lot. How can I grow taller and will I still grow a lot because it's already two years aftr my thing started.

I need all the information one can give me. I have to decide in like week or two now if I want to be in the dental hygienist field. I have been doing lots of research and I went to the school today. I'm going to set up an appointment with a dental hygienist on Monday too. The only thing holding me back is the insane cost of the schooling and the loan I will have after.(Right now I hardly have a loan which is great.) What is also holding me back is how do I know that I'll truly love this proffesion..and the duties involved..I mean its not like everyday I'm working on someone’s teeth, to know. I've been looking into my husbands mouth trying to think can I work looking inside people mouths (lol) I have also been going online reading about the procedure and they do make me curious and want to learn more. The bloody pictures of scaling/ root planning aren't to bad, I mean their bloody. How can one prepare to see blood like that on a daily basis in that career.. how bad is the blood in total

Okay so i was in a car wreck and was in a wheelchair for 3 monthes because i couldnt walk and i wasnt healing correctly and in a month i get out of my wheel chair and i wanna lose this weight ive gained ive gained like 100 pounds and now i have stretch marks on my stomach and on my lower back and i wanna get rid of them when i lose weight cus i wanna be able to wear a 2 piece again so how can i get rid of them

I'm currently 20 years old 5 foot 8 inches, and i'm 174 lbs. I'm a little overweight but i've been going to the gym regularly for about 2 months so i'm steadily losing it. Ok. I am 12 years old, i'm a girl, I am 4 foot 9, my mom is 5 foot 1 and my dad is 5 foot 8, the doctor said when i am a full grown adult my height will be 5 foot 1, as an adult would that be really short? because when my mom comes into my school like everyone is taller than her.
what i'm trying to say, will 5 foot 1 as an adult be an issue? Like is that way too short? Cuz i am happy being a short child but will that change as an adult?

Hi, a guy at work made a bet of 300.00 to bedwet. I dont want to lie and said i did. I have tried having my hand put in warm water, drank alot of water before bed, listen to water running, even downloded a hypotalk to make you wet the bed.nothing has worked so far.
