Many patients ask me how they can slim down. I am against prescription pills because I prescribed them many years ago, and some of my patients became very ill.

If you feel flabby, it is most likely not too much weight, but rather lack of toning. In this case you would be needing to tone yourself up with exercise. The better toned your body is, the better you will look and feel. Do this before trying to lose weight and see how good you look.

If you lose weight and get lower then the recommended amount, you will damage your body and if too much weight is lost, you will die.

Do not look to any of the fashion models for ideal weight, they are mostly anorexic and are very unhealthy. Recently 2 of these models died from having lost too much weight, all in the name of keeping their jobs.

The average normal weight for a women 5'6" is between 123-153 pounds, depending on your frame, from small to large.

Take care of your body and it will take care of you.

well you sound just right to me but i know thats not what you want for your answer. maybe more exercise & a healthier food intake. try to cut the bad foods from your meals. dont drink soda or alcohol or lots of fast food. fruits & beggies are good for everything. youll never go wrong there. if you already exercise a lot than maybe your body is getting too comfy with your routine & you need variety & change. try new workouts. & if you catch yourself watching too much tv or on myspace too much, get off & run around a little bit! good luck! but really you dont sound like you need it!

You are not over weight. I am 5"5 and I weight 155pounds. And I'm not fat. Just eat right and do excersice at least 3 times a week.

First, you need to use your spell check. Second, you need to use your "head check"...WTF??? You aren't overweight. I am 2 inches shorter than you, and weigh more, and am not overweight (that pregnancy photo was taken over 3 years ago). See a psychologist.
