It's been less than 24 hours and I need to know where I can get it. I doubt I will end up pregnant but I want to be sure. I will also end up buying a tester later to double check. Also, will there be side effects if I use the morning after pill and there's "nothing" in my body? Please help!

According to what I've been reading in the newspapers and on the Internet, drugstores (Walgreens, Rite Aid, CVS) are all carrying this Plan B pill as an over the counter medication. No prescription is required.

You could phone around, to avoid traveling to various drugstores, to see if they are offering it over the counter. If they aren't, because of some weird religious reason, you could protest this at their corporate webiste. This is available on the Internet.

No pharmacy has the right to subject shoppers to someone's personal religious beliefs. Let them practice at home, not on the public.

I think now in some states you can get the pill over the counter from the pharmacy desk. You have to be over 18 and show ID. The side effects are the same whether you are pregnant or not. I think the pill makes you throw up. Make sure to follow the directions carefully.

Yes, if you are over 18 you just go to the pharmacy counter of any drug store and pay cash for it. If you're under 18 you need a prescription (or someone over 18 to buy it).

You can also get it at Planned Parenthood, which will charge on a sliding scale and also write the prescription, if required.

You can buy this at just about any drugstore, Wal-Mart may even carry it. It was just recently approved for over the counter sell. So here's a link to drugstore.com where you can purchase "Plan B" which is the same thing as the morning after pill. Hope this helps
