Is it true that around two years after your menstruation starts you'll stop growing? I'm around 5ft and I want to grow taller! My puberty starts when I'm like 11 going on 12 and I'm 14 now.. and I seriously haven't gone throught a ''shoot up period'' where I grow a lot. How can I grow taller and will I still grow a lot because it's already two years aftr my thing started.

Although there are variations, most females do stop growing in height around 2 years after the breasts start to develop (onset of puberty). There isn't anything you can do to make yourself grow taller. Just stand up straight and remember that good things come in small packages. ;)

Nope, that's not true. I got my period, shot up, stopped, and then when I was 17 or so, I grew another three inches.

That is true, but you still grow at a slower rate.
