I have heard that women can get their hymans reconstructed through plastic surgery, and well, I was wondering if I could get my penis uncircumsized? I want to stand out in a crowd.

Doubt having a foreskin would make you stand out, lots more guys nowadays have foreskins, especially younger guys. Used to be 90 percent or more were cut in the US, now the number is down to about 50, and dropping thankfully. So in 10 or 15 years you will see quite a mix.
Now if you had one reconstructed that hung down a foot or so, or maybe was a different color than your regular skin, that'd be a real standout, but only in the lockerroom.

there is a procedure you can try! It is a wee bit painful but it does work! There are special weights you can buy that attach to your foreskin and stretches it you have to do it on a regular basis because if you stop your for skin will go back to normal!

There is no surgery. You can stretch the foreskin but why bother?

if you kinda play with and slowly streach the skin around ur dick head u can slowly get it to look uncircunsized.
