Actually anything can cause odor from using medication, condoms, kyjelly, etc, even getting your menstral cycle can bring on a yeast infection. its very normal for a person to get a yeast infection you don't have to do anything to get it either.
There are a couple things you can do. wear cotton underwear so they area can breathe. Makes sure it is complete dry down there before dressing... you can use on of the yeast creams the best one i have used is the 3 day or the 7 day. sometimes. the one day doesn't work very good.

bacteria or yeast infection..i had the same problem my b/f even noticed i went to see a womens doctor it resulted that i had both yeast infection and bacteria nothing to get scared about, 7 our of 10 women have and only few know about it. here is what you need to do:
1) go to your doctor she will get you antibaioctics and a sring tinge to inster down there and the medication comes out it feels little funcy at first but its one time thing and you will feel a lot better and then you won't have to do it again..my b/f helped to insert mine it was really helpful...sometimes when your guy gets really sweaty while having sex he can leave some of the sweat in side of you while the intercourse....i know it sounds funny but its true...
2) you need to go to your department store and buy some wipes the one with little medication on it...I use always, they are very nice especially during period because it helpes clean really good...use this so you can stay clean and fresh...

Sometimes new or mulitple partners could produce extra bacteria. This causes change in PH which can cause an infection, called bacterial vaginosis, this can be cured by Flagyl, go to the doctor to get this precription.

If your main problem is odor it sounds like bacterial vaginosis..it also causes itching but the odor is the difference in that and yeast. Yeast has severe itching and some odor but not as much as bv..get it checked..Yeast is no big deal but BV is.

Most commonly a yeast infection, but it could be other things.
You can get OTC treatments for yeast infections, BUT the first time you really need to see a doctor and get a definite diagnosis to be sure that's what it is. Then if it recurs you can treat it with OTC stuff.

If you are not familiar with yeast infection then I suggest that you see your doctor. Most women know when they have a yeast infection and just go to the store to get antifungal cream for it.

If you are bathing daily, then it sounds like a medical problem to me. You could have an STD or a yeast infection.
See your doctor right away.
