See a doctor now... go the closest ER The longer you wait the more damage can be done to them.

There can be several reasons for this, all of which require a visit to the doctor.

He could have a testicular torsion...meaning that the testicle has twisted around, putting pressure on it's supporting tissues. This is an emergency condition, which may require immediate surgery to save the testicle.

He could have epididymitis, which is an infection of the vessels which provide a pathway for sperm. Swelling will take place in the structures along the back of the testicle, and can become so severe that it appears like a third testicle. In most cases, this can be cleared with antibiotics.

He could have a varcose cele, which is a blood clot preventing proper blood circulation to his testicle. (most common on the left side) Swelling will take place in the bundle of blood vessels just above and behind the testicle, and may resemble a bundle of snakes. In severe cases, this may require an operation, similar to the operation done to relieve hemorrhoids or varicose veins.

If the symptom has been progressive, it could be an indication of testicular cancer, 'nuf said.

Any of these conditions can cause sterility or worse, as well as intense pain and swelling. He must see a doctor about this.

Hemorrhoids are associated with constipation and straining at bowel movements. How to get rid of hemorrhoids https://tr.im/qSBfJ
Pregnancy is also associated with hemorrhoids. These conditions lead to increased pressure within the hemorrhoidal veins that causes them to swell. Other conditions, for example chronic liver disease, may also cause increased venous pressure and may be associated with hemorrhoids. Hemorrhoids are very common and are estimated to occur in up to one-half of the population by age 50.

I pray its not what happend to me. (I wouldnt wish that pain on even my enemies)
Take him to a doc. NOW. it is most likely twisted. yeah, that would make it swell up and hurt increadbly so. (I serioulsy wanted to die/kill, thougths that had before NEVER crossed my mind) they almost had to do surgury to fix it but thank God they didnt have too. The docs said people need to be seen withen 5 hours of that or it can cause really bad damage.
The docs finaly saw me after about 10. yeah. bad.
So get him in. Even if its not that, they will know.
(yeah its enbarisang but its not as bad as him having to go with his parents)

i comprehend a guy who had a twisted appendix tissue (no, no longer widely used appendix) contained in the testicle and it mandatory to be operated on. Your husband ought to ascertain the Dr ideal away as he would desire to lose one or the two one among his testes in the event that they lose anymore blood flow
