I'm a 180cm, 54kg male, which makes me pretty much very skinny. I've ate alot of oily foods, chickens, meats and even lessen my frequency of exercising but none of them seems to help me gain some weights. I've tried body building, although it helps me shape my body, it doesn't increase the size, which was what I wanted.

On the contrary, I am used to having oatmeals as my breakfast, sleeping past midnight most of the time, and play soccer (which is about 1 to 3 times a month). Does these have anything to do with the reasons that I'm not gaining weight?

Some people have a naturally high metabolism. Plus, if you are a teenage guy, which i think you are, most guys don't really start putting on size until their late teens and early twenties. Don't try to rush gaining weight. Stick with working out regularly with free weights, maybe do the weight gainer powders that are on the market, and eat healthy. Stay up to speed with your doctor just to be safe about it, which even professional body builders do. Beyond that, just keep at it because it takes long-term work of weight lifting to gain size, it's not short term. Pre-warning though, don't get too big unless you plan to stay that way. One problem with body building and gaining muscle mass is that if you don't maintain it, it will eventually become soft fatty tissue.

you need to find out how many calories you are eating and how many you are burning off from exercise. After you find this out to gain weight you will want to eat more calories than you are burning off.

how old are you? could be age related. but I think you are way to skinny for 180 cm. I strongly advise you to see a doctor ans have some tests done.

it's all about calories

the reason why you can't gain weight is : your activities.

try this :
eat biscuits (try oreo)
and be lazy (don't do sports for a while)

then you'll see
