In my own unprofessional mind, correct weight depends on a lot of things, not the chart which has been around for years.

According to that chart, I will always be obese, despite the fact that I have been down to 7% body fat and still been bordering on morbidly obese. This is because I am very broad and muscular. Don't get me wrong, these days I am definitely fat, maybe a little obese but definitely not what the weight-height chart says I am.

Having said all of this. You need to objectively look at yourself. Are you just slender or are you really skinny (with ribs showing etc.). If you have ribs showing etc, I might suggest putting on a bit of weight but if you are happy with yourself and your state of health then I wouldn't worry about it.

At 15 you should have started having your periods etc. so if you are as regular as your doctor says you should be (I don't know about periods in particular, I am a guy so take this part with a grain of salt) then it should be fine. Your concerns about your immune system are easy to figure out. Are you sick more often than other people around you? If not, don't worry, keep an eye on it if it concerns you though and fortify your immune system by making sure you have correct nutrition etc.

Hope that helps.

You need to stop listening to everyone around you and listen to your body!!! That is what matters. If you eat healthy foods and you eat enough that you are satisfied, and do that throughout the day without making yourself skip meals or under eat, don't worry about it. If you are worried about your immune system, take vitamin C suppliments and eat plenty of protien like red meat, nuts, beans, soy, etc. My sister in law is 28 years old, 5'3" and I don't think she weighs 100lbs. She simply cannot gian weight. Her metabolism is too high, and this is what size she is after having two children. She is a size zero and just fine. Listen to your body and what it needs. Live healthy and your body will be just fine, even if others think you are too thin, your body knows what it has to have.
