There could be many medical causes for your dizzyness. Common causes are inner ear problems, possibly from allergies, inflamation or infections. Certainly low blood pressure should be ruled out, as well as serum glucose levels (low blood sugar). Hopefully you have had a recent eye exam because some vision problems manifest as dizzy spells. Lastly, a brain CT might be considered to rule out any anomaly.

You need to have this checked out by a doctor. It can be simply due to stress or hunger, or might be a symptom of high blood pressure. Alternatively, it could be a middle ear infection, or worse, a condition known as Meniéres disease. I've suffered from quite debilitating dizziness/vertigo for 30 years or more, but is has taken until this year for it to be diagnosed as Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo

Im not sure what your occupation is but I would talk to your manager or boss about your dizzy spells and maybe your boss will let you sit down more. I hope this helps. Best of luck and congrats with your pregnancy!

Dizzy spells can be due to eye problem (you need to wear eyeglasses or if you are already with them, you need to be refracted); you lack sleep, you lack sugar (which can be FATAL---YOU Can just collapse anytime); you lack potassium, which is also equally fatal---you can just collapse anytime). Or your wife or girlfriend is pregnant and you are the one suffering the infanticipating spells. It's TRUE!
