not really. It's not so much of how much you eat, although it is a factor, that affects weight , it's more what and when. People who only eat two or three large meals a day are more likely to gain weight faster than someone who eats the same amount of food but spreads it out over the course of the day, even though the person who ate the large meals may have had say a salad or veg tables with their meals and the other person had take-out. Many other factors may affect body weight such as metabolism, hereditary traits, health problems, etc. And everyone knows, crash diets don't work either.

well...it really depends on how much less u eat. but generally , no. c...when u eat less...ur body thinks u hv shifted on to starvation period and starts storing whatever u do eat thus resulting in an actual gain in weight!!! a point will come where u will actually start losing weight....but u will start to feel weak as ur body is not getting enough nourishment....this may also result in muscle failure(when the body starts digesting the muscles in the body cuz u r not giving it enuff....of course...this is only on xtreme cases so dont b terrified!!!).
but if u r eating more than u shud and u cut down on that then yes....to some extent....not a gr difference will occur.
just remember.....the only way to lose weight is to burn more than u eat...and to burn u hv to eat!!!!

Less what ? Content counts . If you maintain your needed caloric requirements to keep up your metabolism and eat less fattening foods you can lose weight . that usualy means long term avoidance of meat chicken fish dairy oils and simple carbs . this leaves you Vegetables whole grains and fruits :add a gallon of water a day and you will reach any weight goals you might desire.
this the high fiber low fat low carb diet that wil give you a 68%
break in the risk of heart or vascular trouble like strokes and heat attacks. good luck

I think its more what you eat then the quantity.
For instance, if you normally eat 3 cheeseburgers a day with fries and decide to eat 2 cheeseburgers with no fries, this will not only make you hungry but it wont' really help you lose weight.
If you eat veggies all day long you won't gain because there isn't much calories and hardly any fat attached to them, so you feel full but will lose weight. I am not saying be a vegetarian try to eat fruit and beans, and some meat and dairy too, but eating veggies all day will make you feel like your not starving to death!

Many patients ask me how they can slim down. I am against prescription pills because I prescribed them many years ago, and some of my patients became very ill.

I now recommend that people eat right and exercise. However, if they would like a little "help", I now recommend Hoodia (it's important to note that not all Hoodia works well, even if the bottle says "pure" or "standard".

The Hoodia being sold at http://www.alllsite.info/free-diet-pills.php is in my opinion, the best product on the market. It's pure, no side effects, and it's only $4.97 for 2 weeks (yes, less than $5 !). My patients have seen dramatic results with this particular Hoodia.

Generally yes, you can lose weight. But if you substitute the less with food with high calories such as sweet food, oily and creamy stuffs or carbohydrates, then it negates the effort of eating less. You need discipline when you are eating less. Choose the food wisely.

that depends.... Most Americans actually need to eat more regularly instead of eating less. And by eating regularly I mean like eat 1/4 of a McD's happy meal every 2 hours so your body knows its going to get fed. Most Americans eat at odd intervals which causes their bodies to have to hoard fat because it never know if its going to get fed in 30 mins again or in 15 hrs.
